Really need help here if anyone knows any easy method to transfer sms from 900 to 910 (around 1000 sms's - transfering to sim & moving is the last resort) for my brother's phone...thanks.

Think there is many ways but what I use to do is Export them all to a txt file. Then you can keep it at memorystick or wherever you wanna keep it.

why dont you do a synchronisation. force the p900 to sync data TO THE COMPUTER and then connect your p910 and then force the sync to send the data TO THE P910 from your computer only

I haven't got my P900 anymore but aren't the messages also saved when you backup your phone.
I know there is a way of opening a Backup file to check the contents.
Could always try a bit of cut and paste with a p910 backup file.

I did this. but one of the files in the directory cannot be replaced. I'm still stuck with lost SMSes.
