I am trying to syncronice my outllook contacts with the P910 contacts database but unfortunately some of my phone numbers have no correspondency from the PC with the Phone. Is there any work around to match every phone number on the PC fields with the P910 fields

You can try Oxygen Phone Manager for Symbian. Great app. I don't miss Outlook anymore. It even works with categories. No need to move each contact to needed category manualy. Latest version works great via IR and Bluetooth.
