> P900 having problems

Until last week I could quite easily send and receive emails from my 2 accounts (virgin and tiscali) via my P900. Now that seems to have stopped, I can still connect to internet with it but when I try to check my mail I just get a timed out error. I didn't do anything different so does anyone have any ideas as to what I should do. I'm using an o2 talk a lot payg sim card.
Oh and oneforall solitairs has stopped working too. I've reinstalled it and it still doesn't work.
