Can we have the IR on the Tool Bar like the Bluetooth so you can easly turn IR ON and OFF
It so how can I set this up

Yes, just like bluetooth. It will only be there once turn on, and just like bluetooth, you can tap on the icon to access the setting(to turn it off). The only thing is, it will not be there if not on, so you can't turn it on by that mean(only turn it off once activated). Hope that make sense.

Just go to applications connections then infrared

If you have some kind of file manager like Sman for example, you can assigned a button for it.
