@lembo - all sites? Proxy server or firewall?
If it's swf's that are blocked ya gubbed.

Try:

http://159.148.95.62/speles/sobersanta2.swf

Use nslookup the get the site's IP address and try and put that in your browser. Very few network admins know their ar$e from their elbow when it comes to setting up proxy servers correctly.
