Im trying to update my K700. I am using a DSS-20(Says on the bottom), its plugged in, drivers installed, lit up at the front and mobile phone monior find the phone. However when I try and start an update on my phone on the SE site it says "Syncstation Not found"

Has anyone else had this problem or knows how to fix it?

Any help appreciated,

hi,

do you use any other program like FMA or similar that is using the same virtual COM port?

check in your device manager that there are no hardware conflicts or try to plug it in the other USB port!

i would try reinstalling everything. Be sure nothing else is trying to use that com port.
