It is wap version 2.0, same as T610 which does support xhtml so the answer to your question is yes

One good way to find out if any mobile browser supports Web browsing is to load a simple web page (like Google's homepage). If it loads, ok. Or load http://esato.com. The Esato homepage will notify you that "WAP & HTML capable browser detected" and then presents you with all available options i.e WAP/WML, HTML LITE, HTML. :)
