Hello,

My ability to send text messages to an email address has stopped working and I think I know why, only problem is I don't know what to put in the phone to fix it.

In

Menu > Messaging > Settings > Text Message > Email gateway

I have nothing. Can somebody please check their phone and post what should be in here.

Im on o2 and have "not set" in my email gateway, yet every thing works fine?

I'm on O2 with a K700. I didn't even realise it was possible to send SMSs to e-mail addresses!!

How do you do this? BTW, I have nothing in my e-mail gateway either...

That blows that theory then!

To send a text to an email address just type it in as normal and when you come to send it there is an option at the top of the send to menu which says Enter email address. Just type it in there and it works.

My problem is that it now says "You need to setup an email gateway" and you need to enter a number in. I just can't find out what number top put in...
