Hi there,
Just to say that i think it would be hugely beneficial to Agile Messenger if it included an option to tunnel IM traffic over HTTP. It would mean that it would be possible to use a standard WAP account to connect and chat, meaning a lot of people could do it for free, or at least a lot cheaper than before.
It woudn't be hard to implement at all, and wouldn't detract from the usability of the product in any way.
Anyways, tell me what you think, just a little thought!

Yes it will be a very nice feature if it will be implemented! I'd mailed agile about 2months ago but i've just recived an automatic predefinited responso.. Maybe if more of us mail agile regarding this feature.. who knows..

Yeah, it's frustrating when you know something is possible, but a company just seems to refuse to implement it. I might just write an IM client myself to be honest, after all, it doesn't look too hard and it would be quite good fun. I'm not sure which language to write it in, but I will probably end up using C as it's the easiest to use for me (Java is a right royal PITA)
I'll have a look, maybe I can combine the source code of a few IM clients for other OS's out there and then just write a symbian UI for the whole lot...
