My T610's infared has stoped working after I changed the facia on the phone, I don't know if it's just a coincidence it's packed up after swaping the orignal facia for a new one could anyone thing of what might have caused it?

The original facia is built so that the IR light can go pased the top cover. Your new facia is blocking all lights, including the IR, thats why it's not working.

Yea, if you've bought a cheap fake facia, then a common problem is that it's too thick, and the IR can't pass through it. You could either replace your original cover, or chisle a hole through the new one

and a nonoriginal facial can cause problems with the earfone aswell, cos it doesnt fit that perfect the housing. take an original one.
