> T237 Outlook Sync Problem

I just got a T237 and a UDC-11 USB cable and have been trying to synch with MS Outlook. When I try to sync I just get an error saying it can't find the phone and that I should verify that the phone is connected. The documentation for the phone and cable are useless.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Have you tried to download and install the xtnd pc-syncware from www.SonyEricsson.com? If not, you'll find it under support for your phone.

And then you may have to assigne the right com-port for the xtnd, same as for the cable-connection. If that doesn't help, try to reinstall, and then restart your pc as well afterwards. You may also try to turn off the phone and take out the battery as well for about 9 or 10 secunds or so.
