Getting a strange crash with my p910i, the light blinks on and off randomly, then it goes off completely and refuses to come back on. All the buttons and touchscreen still work fine, all except the off button! so i have to remove the battery to shut down the phone, it then takes several attempts to re-start the phone. I'm trying to isolate the problem, and i think it may be to do with magic proiles pro, but i'm not totally sure, anyone else had a similar problem?

It seems to be just the light goes off and won't come back on. This message was posted from a P910

@kingpleb

now worries, we were all new to this at one point, apart from maybe masseur. lol

go to the service menu by

jog dial up
*
jog dial down
jog dial down
*
jog dial down
*

then service functions

and then yes

beware you will loose all info stored on the phones user memory.

Thanks for the key combo to the service menu -- I found a way of getting the key scan codes in there, which means I can amke a version of V-Rally that is IDENTICAL to the original... Except it is controlled by the jogdial Give me a day or two and I'll see what I can haxie together

So, this started playing up on xmas morning, and by boxing day the phone was completely dead. won`t even switch on. So i guess i`ll be returning this one to orange as well, and they`ll probably make me wait another month before i can get it, load of rubbish. Seems SE just dont bother with the quality control anymore, explains why they`re sales have slipped over the years.
