There is a new kind of Address Book backup and synchronization for mobile phones called ICEES at https://www.icees.com/

Beside having backup and synchronization functionality, it keeps your address book automatically up to date!

Go have a look!

Its a good thing that all Sony Ericsson phones has the SyncML DS client so i can use the service.

Does anyone know if Sony Ericsson phones support SyncML Device Management?

SyncML DS or Data Synchronization allows you to synchronize your Address Book with a remote server or with your local computer if you have the software.

SyncML DM or Device Management is usually used for configurating settings, like your wireless operator sending you the WAP configuration among other things. You can use SyncML DM to upgrade firmware, delete applications too but alot of wireless operator disable this function from third party service.
