Hi,

I have a P910i that was locked to Vodafone. I had it sim unlocked and now use a Orange sim in it.

Everything is working fine appart from accessing the internet. I had orange send me the gprs and wap detials through SMS and went through the auto setup but still get the error "Activation rejected"

Can anyone help please????

Also can you please let me know a good site to get apps for my SE p910i (Including Opera)

Cheers

Do you have wap only plans or full internet plan? They required difference setting. You can get Opera from www.opera.com

@Teppid

1. As the other member said, ensure you account is activated for WAP and internet
2. There are three settings: GPRS for WAP, MMS and Internet. You should use the GPRS Internet option fo web surfing. On the P910, I use the built-in browser for WAP and Opera for the internet.

Hi,

Account is set for Internet GPRS. I know this as I used to have the SPVc500 and internet was fine.

I will try Opera, but cant see what diffrence that will make as surely both are cabable of web browsing?

Do you have any idea what the error message means though?

Does the phone have Voda firmware? If it does, maybe some of the GPRS settings are locked to Voda. A generic firmware flash would be needed.

I got this message when I first got me p900. I tried to use internet setting instead of wap gprs setting. "Activation rejected" means you do not have that "connection" plans.
