anybody having an idea where i can find shematics or a picture of a working p800 circuit board

That info would be classed as commercially sensitive, and as such very difficult to get hold of. Your best source may be a disgruntled ex-sony employee!

i can find shematics for many phone, but i was unable to find one for p800. maybe i should tell someone about my p800's prob. the screen flickers and some lines randomly can be seen on the screen but nothing else.. if anybody having an idea share it with me pls..

It sounds like a faulty screen. You do know that the schematics for the P800 are going to be vastly complex, and unless you're an experienced electrician, you're going to have a hard time making sense out of them.

Like everything else with a transmitter sold in the US, you can go the the FCC website, and enter the FCC code.

SE = PY7


And just retreive the PDFs that contains PHOTOS of your phone. (Internal - External - Test)
