Hello, excuse me if this is a simple problem. I have searched, but didn't find anything.

I currently have a K700i and just got the 65. I have paired my 65 with my K700i and it works..SOMETIMES.
other times it just disconnects and doesn't work at all. Sometimes i have to restart my phone 2 or three times before it will re-connect, and when it's really bad, i have to manually connect OR re-pair the headset.

I have tried deleting the pairing and starting from scratch...doesn't work.
I don't know if this is a problem with the 65 or the K700i.
When i first opened the box, the light indicator showed it at full charge...but it would completly die after afew minutes of use, then it showed RED, and had to be an fully charged.

I'm so confused as to where the problem is, and if it's a defective headset or my Firmware should be updated onmy K700i, any help would be great.
thankyou in advanced.

What firmware version do you have on your k700?

Just do a full charge once to see what happen. I use to have HBH-65 with P900, never a problem unless battery is low on headset.

the firmware is R2A041

today it worked like a charm until my 65's battery went out.
it disconnected like 5 times early in the day, i re-paired it and it worked like a charm...was able to disconnect when i put the headset in standby, and it re-connected when woken up...something tells me i just got lucky though...
still a pain in the ass to re-pair every time.

I think you'll find better stability with a later firmware, like R2L. Subjectively, I feel that the stability improved when I had my phone flashed.

When I had R2A041 and a HBH-60, I had all of your problems and also some much worse. Upgrading to R2L001 solved many problems.
