Aside from iSync, are there any compatibility problems with a Mac running OSX? Can you download software without a problem? Can you transfer and open up Word or Excel files? Anything that doesn't work on a Mac? Thanks.

Yeah, transferring stuff works just fine. Only thing that doesn't is the sony ericsson update service.
