I am looking for a very basic second phone. I am not gonna buy it soon, may be in another 2 months. This site has made me partial. I know both are great phones. Which of these is better? I want bluetooth for sure if you are suggesting another makes or models.

T39's better for basic phone, as its battery lasts longer. You have K500, no need for colors nor a camera!
