How do you get into the service menu on a P910i?

whats exactly is the jog dial?

and what does * mean?

plz explain this 2 a newbie

Jog dial is the thing on your left side of the phone (the wheel looking thing) Jog dial up means roll it up one notch, down is down one notch. "*" can be found on the flip pad under number 7.
With flip close,
Jog dial up
*
Jog dial down
Jog dial down
*
Jog dial down
*
This will take you to service menu.

yes, it works just as well with the virtual keypad

I enabled the virtual flip thanks works fine!

when i reformatted the internal drive it said it was corrupt any ideas?
