A company called RokPlayer is planning on selling MMC cards preloaded with video content for mobile phones. The cards will be marketed as DVC’s - digital video chips. Some of the phones they tout as compatible with ther product are the Nokia 6600, 7610, 9300 and the Siemens SX 1.
RokPlayer is also planning on selling DMC’s (digital music chips) packed with music, and DCC’s (digital content chips) stuffed with ringtones and wallpapers.
