Most bluetooth dongles are exactly the same. I can recommend MSI bluetooth dongles. The best way of buying a dongle is to look for ones with widdcomm drivers.
If you use windows XP SP2 it already has support for bluetooth dongles and will do exactly same thing with 99% of dongles on the market.

I would recommend the D-Link DBT-120, you could get it for 35 EURO

Billionton, about USD 20 here in Indonesia - Widcomm drivers, 10 meter range, very fast for web surfing, fully compatible with all bluetoothed SE and Nokia models. Btw I am not related to the brand beyond being a customer ;-)

I am using a cheap Ambicom (grey type) BT dongle (USD$14) that uses Widcomm drivers. Works great with the Widcomm Bluetooth Software.
