There are already updates available but you have to get them done at a service centre. It is rumoured that the update site should be ready in january sometime.

as far as I know - the video recording is already unlimited? I have an option on mine, whether it should be limited or unlimited.

Unlimited, it only records for 3 min.
can you record more than 3 mins ?

It will actually record upto a limited memory size. I beleive from what I have heard, is that it is a bug and was not intended to be there.
