> problem with pc suite

Hi everyone,
I just got my P800 and installed pc suite, however I am getting all kinds of error messages when I start it and it won't let me do anything. The light on the sync station is on but the phone is not recognized. It said something about mRouter not accessed or similar I am not sure anymore along with a bunch of other codes. CapMan.exe problem and so on. What could have caused this, is it something with the computer or software? Please help.

It sounds like the symptoms I first had. If you are running Win98SE you need to have the latest version of Dcom98 installed. It is a communication driver. See Microsofts website for it. Uninstall it, erase registry entries and reinstall it. I had to do it several times until it worked for me. See also other threads about that issue.
