I downloaded a theme and was wonder how to transfer it to my sony ericsson t230. please help me and give me all the info.

Do you have a data cable? You need to use a software called fma or sendfile on your pc. Set the correct port in these. If you tried the search there is a very exhaustive guide. It is called "everything you need to know about 230 and cable connection" or something of that sort. Alternatively you could download via wap from esato. This message was posted from a K500
