I have two of these babies, one in original SE casing.
The second, I have several face plates which I change periodically.
This phone will become a classic over the years. The style , the look , dependability and the overall feel of the phone will be talked about for years.
Clear, see through casing

I picked this one up at the local mall here in Florida.
I've yet to see it on line. I absoloutely love this phone.
As I said in the first thread. This phone will become an SE classic.
Here is the same phone in all black several moths ago.

My next phone will be more than likely the S710a.
I will still use my T616's even after I get the s710a as they have always been very dependable and have had the greatest talk time of any phone I have ever owned. 7 to 8 hrs talk time is awesome.
I use WAP a whole lot and it is hard to drain the battery on the T616.

I think t610 is a very well designed phone... The new models (except maybe the v800) don't even come close in terms of design... I was about to buy a k700i but decided to wait for UMTS to be available at my operator instead because the design of the phone (monocrome (gray) housing etc) really don't look nice.
I think technologically the K700 is ahead but the looks of the T610 are so much better that I still can live a couple of month without the features, waiting for something new to be released by SE. An alluminium-like v800 would for instance be great. (with a couple of added features too).
Nowadays phones are more and more an object of design as well as a tech gadget, too bad SE only understands it from time to time and not always.
