Tried renaming the file from .rar to .zip?

Might work.. but then again.. might not.

Who knows?

Well, I think that doesn´t work...

Maby we should talk to the guys who made SymbZip and ask them to add .rar support....

A temporary solution would be to pull the RAR file from your fone and convert it to a zip file, then put it back on your phone. As to opening RAR files on the move, doesn't look like it's going to happen. If you're recieving a RAR file on the move from someone, then you both may as well use a ZIP program, as they're both compressed formats. No real difference between the two.

Hope this helps.

I see. That would be a problem then. It looks like you're going to have to wait until a WinRAR for UIQ is developed i'm afraid. Why don't you send a nice e-mail to the creator or SymbZIP[?] and ask him to integrate RAR into his program?

The only other suggestion is wait until you get home. Or, you could see if there is a RAR program for PocketPC, get yourself a little SPV C500, send the RAR from your P900 via Bluetooth, extract the files on your SPV, and send them back to the P900! It's a bit long winded, but it's the only thing i can think of..!

Regards,
