Is it me, or do you guys feel that this keypad has not been properly integrated within the software. For instance it does not automatically captialise after a full stop or at the begining of a message. You can't use if for instance in the address book to search for contacts.....
...any thoughts?

I too think not much thought has been put into it. The keys are too small to use my fingers on and too hard to use a stylus on. I simply wouldnt use it.

The P800/P900 "Virtual qwerty keypad" does not auto capitalise either, i would not expect the "actual" one on the P910 to do that, as it is not a normal feature of a standard qwerty keyboard. auto capitalise is available if desired on the T9 input keypad.

@ toneyericsson: Thats one reason I wont be upgrading my p800 to the p910. That keypad is an excuse. If SE releases a Smart device with a full QWERTY keyBOARD, they'll have me hooked. If not, my next device is Nok or Moto. Sorry SE. No hard feelings :)

Serious drawback in my case: I reply to office mails on the move, in addition to other tasks online. That keypad? No, no, no. I could use handwriting recog as I do on the p800 now, but then what would be the use of upgrading?

I quite agree with ResidentEvil there. The P800/P900 virtual keypads work quite well. But my thumbs on the P910 keypad? Lord have mercy!
