I was just wondering, does the K700i have the same UI as Z1010?
Does Z1010 also have that voice/call monitor/recorder like the K700i?

z1010 is pretty much the same as k700i. except for the fact that it does not have radio, the largest pic size is 640, it does not have panoramic view and photo light functions. however, z1010 has memory stick duo slot and video call functions which gives the edge over k700i.
if your network doest provide 3G services yet, you can keep your k700i for now.
