why my p910i starts typing numericals when i need alphabets in certain fields and vice versa

not sure what ur question really ask but hope this helps u:
if u write on top of the black "arrow" u can see on the right of the screen, u will get numerical and if u write under the "arrow" u will get alphabet. if u write on the same line as the "arrow" u will get capital letter.
