I cannot connect to another phone via infrared! i am trying to send ringtone to samsung phone and my phone keeps failing! help.....

Samsung's irda is weird indeed. I had to send pics to a pc to upload them using something called "EasyGPRS" - to date I'm still wondering what gprs has to do with infrared.

It does, but samsung is not compatible with SE. I think that their phones are compatible wit nokia IR.
