hey ........agen lol
is there an mp3 player that has like an equalizer or somthing where u can make it more bassy and tune up your own settings?

I don't think such a player exists for the Pxx0. The best player is UnrealPlayer IMO. There's more advanced players such as UltraMP3, but these can run slow sometimes, especially with MP3's encoded at higher bitrates, as it's much more CPU intensive on the phone.
There's plenty of applications that suit your criteria for PocketPC, one of which is called PocketMusic.
You could always buy my XDA 2, and buy a 1GB SD Card for it. What more could you want?
