I just got a k700i which I am very happ with excpe tht efact the button lights are purple/pink.

Its well annoying .. is there anything I can do about it. Aren't they supposed to be white?

what i did was to open up my k700, place a small, extremely thin piece of blue polythene plastic, now i have a blue keypad

@noted - i wouldnt recommend opening the front, it would void your warranty if not done properly

i bought my phone in hong kong anyway so the warrenty is useless. Ive opened a phone before.

there are 6 little clips, 3 on each side, holding the front fascia on. its quite easy to pop off. take a look at this thread
