Hi.I'm a new one member. I'm Bulgarian.
I have a SE T300. A friend of mine has also SE T300. But there is a difference in mine and his software (eg a calendar). My Software is

Do anybody knows from where I can download a new software for SE T300 and whit what program I can upload/upgrade the software via InfraRed ?

First, check with your local SE representative, they should point you out to a local service center where they will be able to update your firmware (software), you shouldnt be able to get the firmware yourself (there are ways, but they're not leagal and you will void your warranty.).
Second, there is no way to reflash a phone via infrared or bluetooth, since these are failure prone mediums and flashing is a procedure that needs a 0% failure rate.
These works are performed with one of a different variety of special cables for that type of work, google or search the forums for more info.
