Hi,

Are there any Messaging applications (MSN) that work in flip-closed mode, so i can use Multitap/T9 to chat to people instead of using handwriting recognition? If you know if any which run in both modes i'd really like to hear about them.

I read that 'MobileMessenger' works in flip closed mode, but when i closed the flip, the application dissapeared and i couldn't get it back without opening the flip again. Annoying!

Please post any IM applications here!

Thanks in advance,

Yes i could, but i remember when i installed it ages ago i couldn't..

I think it depends on the version of 'AppForge Booster' that's installed on the phone.

It wasn't very good when i got it running and it was quite laggy too, not as responsive as some programs. I think what it means is that it will keep running in the background if you close the flip.. who knows.

Anybody know of any others? Surely they would have developed one!

Please tell me before handwriting drives me insane!

Thanks!

I looked at the P910 but there's a few reasons why i didn't get one.

A) Too expensive
B) QWERTY keyboard is a little small, looks hard to type on
C) It's a lot bulkier than the P900, and doesn't look quite as 'classic'

I'd like one if someone gave it to me and i'd probably use it more than my P900, but there's not enough features for me to make that investment!

I suppose 2 P900's and an XDA 2 make up for it though

Laters
