You have to set an appointment at that particular day in the calendar but its not recurrent. i did read somewhere that it is possible thru the PC by using outlook but i havent tried it and i dont think there is any java apps available for that

I have set them in Outlook and the synchronised with the phone using the SE-PC suite software. In outlook you can set recurrent appointments or events which are 'understood' by the k700.

I have set them as appointments from 10-11 am so that they always appear as a little line on a day in week view so you can recognise them easily. When you set them as all day event, what they are in fact, they show up as an appointment the whole day. You can't use different colours or so to differentiate between types of appointments or events so you have to be creative a bit.

If you use Outlook, the fact that you can make more complex appointments in outlook and then transfer them makes the calendar more useful.

Prepare to do a lot of trial and error before your calendar-syncing gives the results you want. Once it works it can do a lot of work you may have thought you needed a pda for. (Now I'll get the p900 or spv users all over me, but it really depends on how complex your real-life agenda is...)

FMA also should be able to sunchronise all your outlook data (except for e-mail...) from version 2 but in the beta I tried it didn't work yet.
