> P800 Broken voice audio microphone

I tried to put on a new facia cover i got for my P800 and when i put it back together i can't get my voice audio to work. When i recieve or make calls i can hear them fine, but they can't hear me at all. I think there was a small clear plastic circle that was lost when i reassembled it. I am not sure if thats what i need to make the microphone work or not. Any one have this problem
