hi all
just found your awesome forum

bought myself a K500i yesterday but am having some trouble putting games on there ...

i upload the .jar and download it via wap and it says the files not supported.

any ideas?

i have tried some t610 as i read in an old post that t610 games work on k500i.

any help would be great

and any links would be even betr

Did you download it from an Official SE site? I haven't encountered any problems with downloading games from sites such as http://tagtag.com but it could be a possibility that there are some dodgy files out there. I mean, WAP still is the internet

try downloading a game from SE's fun & downloads site and if they don't work then perhaps it's a firmware problem. Good luck

The file might have been renamed when you uploaded it. Download it to the games folder and it might work. And yes, t610 games will work perfectly. This message was posted from a K500

No t610 games will not work perfectly...almost half will say unsupported content straight away n i've had experiences where the same game after sayin unsupported content multiple times would then suddenly install so keep tryin. I'm pm you some links on wap

i'm downloading the jar from t610wap.com

then uploading it to my .com and downloading it

www.domain.com/filename.jar

is that right?

the only 610 site i know is t610wap.com and it's not a wap site

Yup t610 is a wap site but its a xhtml site so you can view it on web as well.
