I have also tried a game like that I am searching for in a Nokia 7200. That game is named Disco and there you Are a Club holder and control your place etc.
-short: I am looking for a game where the player controls a company and needs to buy things and then the company grows and gets bigger

how about businessman ? It's a monopoly style game and you can find it at handango. There's also lemonade tycoon but that's for S60
