SE S700 is the best in picture quality.
These 3 phones has 1.3 MP Camera but SE S700 comes with CCD Lens while others are CMOS.

As stated above coz of the ccd sensor s7 will take much better photos specially if you use manual settings. Also the qvga res 262k display on the s7 makes takin pictures a pleasure.

S700 definately

But if only using automatic settings - you could still sometimes end up with better pics from both D500 and N6630 - that depends on conditions and how well these are interpreted by the automatic settings of each camera in each situation. Using manual settings on S700 - it will allways win.
