Which games have you tried? Are they java ones?

I usually find I have to restart the phone after installing a java game before it will run.

Reall? Every game I've tried has worked fine.

TagsTanks seems to be written for the p series and is excellent. Kind of like Cannon Fodder. Definately recommend it.

You can get games that run on a little platform thing called MGS - I have Pool and Karts both which work fine. The Kart game suffers slightly from the controls as most of them seem to with the lack of handy buttons. I don't know why they don't use the qwerty keyboard more.

TwinBubbles is a puzzle game that runs full screen. Works fine and is stylus driven so it plays OK.

I tried installing who wants to be a millionaire. It all seemed fine screenwise, and the buttons worked..But the questions couldn't be viewed at all. Also tried a couple of gameloft games.I basically need to know the names of games that will work..Otherwise downloading and uninstalling becomes a bit of a chore,Lol.Cheers. I've just been playing the demo for Soldier Ants. Appears to be written for the device. It's really good and is a good title for showing off the p910's screen.

Guess you weren't meant to be a millionare.
Are these games you bought or free games, I find free games usually don't work as good as the one you paid for.

Nozza/Mr Pipster:

Soldier ants is a brilliant game. You can get it from my-symbian, or the developer's own site smartmobilegames.com

Trial version is a bit limited, but gives you a good idea of the game's capabilities. Definitely one of my most worthwhile software purchases though. Updates are frequent too, and the developer has even incorporated suggestions from myself and others on this thread:

K700: I think you'll have more luck if you go for games written for EPOC devices rather than just the standard java games - ie files with SIS extensions.

The p910 isn't an ideal games machine, mostly because of the lack of input mechanism - games like castle of spells rely on having buttons for jump, shoot, direction etc rather than a sylus and jogwheel. Some games put virtual buttons on the screen but without the tactile feedback they aren't a good alternative. I don't see why they can't write some that use the qwerty keyboard - maybe they do? I've not seen any yet. Obviously wouldn't be great for games in landscape format.
