Hi,
My volume key has broke, and its stuck in a middle volume, and i cant hear anything if im in a busy place. I wanted to get it repaird, but every place i have been to says i need proof of purchase, which i dont have as i bought it on an auction.
If i was to buy a HBH-30 or bluespoon (when its released) would i be able to turn the volume up on that.....and if so, will that turn it up on the phone? Thanks

call them up, explain the problem, ask if they can fix it...confirm the name of the person your speaking to.
any issues when you get there just blame whoever you spoke to and make sure you have name & branch they work at.
use a hairpin to increase the volume temporarily.
