> S700i bugs, any ideas?

I have just had two bugs develop on my S700i, yesterday it reset while logged into My Friends and now when I try yo log back in it resets every time.
Today I tried to type : - p (without spaces) into a message and it reset, it does that every time I type it.
Oddly my K700i did the same thing with the
but I never found another that did it.
Has anyone else had either of these problems?

mine doesnt mind the smiley. dont use my friends so cant test that.

Some K700's did suffer from these bugs and now your S700 does. Since the firmware is essentially the same with minor tweaks to suit the hardware it is possbile certain configurations are the problem.
I know that R2AE on the K700 fixes these bugs so the answer may be to update the firmware. If that is not an option you could return it to where you got it from or take it to a SE service centre.
