> DSS-20 sync station problems

i just go the dss-20 and i cant get it to work. i downloaded the software from the SE site and installed it. i set my phone on it and the lil green logo lights up. but i didnt connect. my phone didnt show up. i get a message that says " LAUNCHER - Failed to start synchronisation. No connection." what am i doing wrong??

there should be an icon in the taskbar next to the one for the launcher, right click this then click configure. go to the tab call COM Ports and enable all ports, wait a few seconds and this should work. if not have you installed all the correct drivers? visit the sony ericsson website

Make sure your FireWall allows mRouter runtime (?) access as well...
