Hello,
I've been trying for over 6 hours now to update my phone to what seems the newest version.
After answering yes, yes, yes I get the error:
Error!
Many people are using the Sony Ericsson Update Service at present.
Please try again later.
This is just after pressing on the I accept link on the license agreement.
Can anyone check if it doesn't really work atm? It may be me or some strange configuration I have. 6 hours!

i used it fine yesrerdat chelck you have not got the charger plugged in to the cradle i remived it and i works fine

Well, the charge was plugged it, I disconnected it and the same problem. I tried even with the phone not in the sync station and it doesn't work either. May it be a firewall problem?

I've seen sometimes that the update service is unavailable when I use Firefox, but fine under IE6...

I tried with Opera, Ie6 and even firefox..
Also, one more strange thing: if I use a proxy, java gives me an error instead of the too many people crap. Can anyone verify this?
