I have an orangised p910i. When I use an app like Oggplay I can shut the flip and the GUI changes to flip mode fine but after while (maybe 40 seconds) the phone reverts back to orange desktop requiring me to reselect oggplay again to change any settings.

Any ideas?

See if there's any way to prevent Orange Desktop from opening when you close the flip. Seeing as though it's an Orange thing, i'm not sure if it's possible to do or not. I have two orange P900's and neither of them came with any software branding inside the phone, besides Orange intro movies and a few speed dial presets.

If you can't find a workaround for the Orange Desktop problem, i suggest you get the phone flashed to an unbranded firmware from SE, but don't jump down that road yet, see what everyone else has to say first
