I have had a Motorola HS810 headset for over a year and it is great, has anybody had or heard about the HS850, good or bad? Thanks

I disagree, it depends on both the phone and the h/set. I use both a T68m, a T610 and my P900 very successfully with a PIantronics M3000 without a problem, and have had comments how clear it is.
If you have a search you will discover that every phone can have problems - it is almost luck if you get a good one.d
