> problem on synchronizing

i can connect my t68 to my laptop via IR using Phone Book and Text Message Manager. but when i try to synchronize, it always fails. it says that it cannot read the contacts from my SIM. also, in some occasion, it cannot read data from my phone.
likewise, XTNDConnect cannot detect my phone. Please advise.

Have you copied your SIM contacts to the phone? I don't think that the software synchronises SIM contacts.

yes, already copied them long time before. im not very particular about synchronizing the SIM contacts but on synchronizing the Phone contacts. most of the time, it cannot read data from the phone.
