Greetings
I tried to update my phone through SEUS, and suddenly the phone resets everytime i access the T9 wordbook.
I went to SE servicecenter, and they updated it to R2AE, but the problem is still there.
They say they have to send the phone to external technicians, and that my precious darling will be away for 2-3 weeks..
Would it help if i did a master reset, and what is deleted if i do that?
Best regards

Yet another corrupted firmware after using Sony Ericsson Update Service... See my earlier posts in this matter:

Note that Sony Ericsson states that the SEUS never corrupt any firmware! I for sure can't figure out what it is that happens to all these phones that are being reported "corrupted" after having used the service though - common Sony Ericsson, it's time to do something about it!

All user data will be deleted in a master reset. You will have those 4 preset themes that came with the phone. Ofcourse, phonebook will be empty.
Try it. If that works, dont send it. Else sending it to SE is the only option.

I guess the 3 games that came with the phone will stay. All games that you put in the phone will be gone.

I just did a master reset, and everything is gone, including the danish t9 support.. This is really frustrating.

It's known to most people here that a master reset deletes all the games! Before posting a "guess" that makes someone delete files that can't be recovered, do a search!
"Guessing" aint a smart thing to do when people need facts!
