Hi,

I am trying to setup WAP access on my Siemens SL55 on o2 using the instructions on the website (below) but I do not have "Conn. Profile: O2" needed in step 8. How do I get this or set it up?

Get Settings

If you have a Siemens SL55, you will need to follow these instructions to manually enter the O2 Active settings into your handset.

Step 1 - GPRS WAP settings

1. Press the 'Menu' option
2. Scroll to 'Surf/Fun' and select.
3. Press 'Internet'
4. Scroll to 'Profiles' and press select
5. Highlight an empty profile (or a current one)
6. Press 'Edit'
7. Highlight option 1 'Profile Name' and press 'Edit'
8. For each of the settings below - use the down arrow key to highlight it, enter the setting, press the 'Done' button
• Profile Name: o2gprs
• IP Address: 193.113.200.195
• Port: 9201
• Homepage: http://wap.o2.co.uk
• Linger Time: 5 Minutes
• CSD Linger Time: 120 seconds
• Conn. Profile: O2
9. Press 'Save'
10. Press the red key to exit back to the main menu
11. Then press continue to enter your Media Messaging settings

go to www.o2.co.uk and go under wap setting and youll find the settings there!

Thats where I got the settings, got stuck at step 8

u need a dial-up number, u didnt mention it. the number is +447792927927
