I need a torx t9 screwdriver to change the screen on my p800, and if anyone's in the UK and has one, I'd greatly appreciate a loan, and I'd send it back probably next day. I just need to get my screen, and I want to be sure that I can replace it before I pay for the screen. I'll pay all postage costs etc, I just need one the once. However, if someone's done with theirs, and are offering it at a good price i'll buy it off you, just to save the postage of sending it back

To be perfectly honest, you're probably better off buying a screwdriver, as it'll probably cost the same as it would to borrow a screwdriver from somebody. Just go down to your local DIY store and find the screwdriver you need, i'm sure it'd be fairly cheap.
The screens are quite easy to replace too, but be warned, be VERY careful when you're taking the PCB out of the P800 casing, there is a jogwheel ribbon cable connected to the board just above the middle of the board. If you pull this too hard the ribbon WILL rip, and you'll have a right job to find a spare jogwheel - everywhere is out of stock.
Be warned!

Unfortunately he needs a T9 screwdriver and not a T6 as the screws on the P800 are bigger than a usual phone.
I think you can get the right screwdriver from Halfords. Dont know how much it is though.

I thought it was the T6 that was used to open the P800?...Regardless he can get the T9 from
ebay for £1.50
